POLICY AUDITING

A policy audit may be beneficial where there is a particular area of focus within your organisation, such as parental leave or wellbeing, or where you're looking for a full review of your current position to inform your next steps.

The audit will help to identify:

  • Any areas that need updating to reflect current employment legislation, and;
  • Where changes will likely be required by proposed new legislation;
  • Where there are opportunities to condense, amalgamate or remove documents;
  • Any inconsistencies or areas of contradiction between existing policies;
  • Opportunities for alignment with your employer value proposition/organisational values;
  • Recommendations on policy and guidance document content and structure.
